These terms of use are entered into by and between You and MaxLig ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). The following terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy (collectively, these "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of maxlig.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through maxlig.com or our mobile applications (the "App"), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Services. By using the Services or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Explicit Disclaimer of Financial and Betting Advice

MAXLIG IS SOLELY A DATA-DRIVEN ANALYTICAL AND STATISTICAL TOOL. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY FORM OF FINANCIAL PLANNING, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR SPORTS BETTING PREDICTIONS.

Any statistical outputs, AI pattern recognition models (including but not limited to the V10 Intelligence Engine), metrics, or algorithms displayed within the app are strictly generated for informational and entertainment purposes only. MaxLig does not guarantee any level of success, absolute accuracy of match outcomes, or financial profits. By utilizing this platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that any subsequent betting or financial decisions you make based on this data are executed entirely at your own risk. The Company shall be held strictly harmless and bears zero liability for any financial losses, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising essentially from your use of the statistics provided.

3. Accessing the Services and Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Services is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Services, and ensuring that all persons who access the Services through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.

To access certain features of the App, particularly Premium features, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. You must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity.

4. Premium Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancelation

The Application offers optional auto-renewing premium subscription models (e.g., Weekly, 1 Month, 6 Months, 12 Months) to grant you supplementary analytical features. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management are strictly processed via Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store) utilizing your respective regional accounts.

• Auto-Renewal: Unless auto-renew is explicitly disabled by the user at least twenty-four (24) hours before the conclusion of the active billing cycle, the subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price.
• Account Charges: Your confirmed method of payment will be charged for the renewal within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current cycle.
• Cancellation Policy: You possess the unalienable right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be performed within your Apple ID Settings or Google Play Subscriptions menu. The Company cannot manually cancel subscriptions on your behalf, nor can we administer immediate refunds outside of Apple or Google's established refund jurisdictions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, proprietary algorithms, V10 AI architecture, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are expressly prohibited from modifying, compiling, distributing, transmitting, translating, or reverse engineering any part of the algorithms utilized within MaxLig without written, expressed authorization from the Company's legal entity.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Services.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP'S ANALYTICS.

8. Limitation on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, ANY DATABASES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Services and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the country in which the Company is headquartered without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

11. Modification to the Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
